Graham "Diploma"
The beat hot like it's Arizona.
I caught wind of this song “Diploma” by Dallas-bred, Nashville-based producer/artist Graham aka 100 Graham over the weekend, and I couldn’t stop playing it. Once again, the hook got stuck in my head, and that was it.
This is a bit more on the safe side of hip-hop—it’s the type of song you might hear playing in a Dude Perfect video. But in my opinion, as tame as it is compared to let’s say the Rosco P Coldchain and Nicholas Craven song I posted yesterday, it’s still ill.
Graham’s got an infectious, sing-songy melody and flow, and the self-produced beat has a nice little bounce to it, too. I fucks with this, and love that I can play it in the whip with my kids (even though I tried more than once to put them on yesterday and got zero reaction—the music they’re on lately is more gangster than the normal rap stuff I listen to anyway).
IP’S PICK OF THE DAY 3/17/26: Graham “Diploma”
“We don’t get radio play/But know that we paving the way”—this lyric rings true to what’s happening with Graham and his crew right now. Let me explain.
So, the way I got put on to this song was through an IG clip posted by Canadian born-and-bred rapper Connor Price, who works regularly with Graham and, interestingly enough, is a former child actor (he played Russell Crowe and Renée Zellweger’s son in Cinderella Man).
I started following Price a couple months ago after seeing him pop up on my feed more than a few times. He’s got 2.6 million IG followers, has a handful of songs with nine-figure streams, steadily makes savvy, high-performing social clips, and all that said—I’ve never heard his shit on the radio once. Him and frequent collaborator Nic D (from VA) enlist Graham for production on a majority of their songs, which again, I’d describe as Dude Perfect-ready rap jams. And they’re both featured on the “Diploma (Remix).” Great energy.
This 100 Graham-produced Connor Price single, which features fellow Canadian MC Haviah Mighty, is the one joint my kids all seemed to already know. And in my opinion, it’s the one most primed for an actual Dude Perfect placement. This guy Graham’s got beats, agreed?
I’m gonna rapid-fire a few more cuts from Graham and the boys, mostly because I’m impressed by their talent and movement, and love seeing the new hip-hop generation out here having fun with it and being creative. Price and Nic are both dads of young children too, and from how I’ve heard them talk about their upcoming tour, I give them props for prioritizing family over fame.
Here’s Price’s latest solo single “Inside / Outside,” produced by 100 Graham. Dope vibes right here, from the beat to the raps to the visuals. I listened to this shit mad times today.
And here’s Price and Nic D’s recent collab “Scoop,” which they’ve been having some Marty Supreme-style fun with on social, as well as in the lyric video below. This one’s not produced by Graham, but I like how they kill the double-time, back-and-forth flows on it, so I wanted to include.
And to wrap up and bring it back to Graham, I want to highlight a non-hip-hop song off his new solo project Moodswings, which showcases his wide range of production and vocal styles (I like a bunch of tracks on it). “Letting Me Down” feels almost like some Noah Kahan “Stick Season” type shit, and it’s fire.
Respect due to Graham, Connor Price, and Nic D for building something special together as artists and creatives that seems to really resonate with the next generation. I might not be the target demo, but I’m a fan.
Get info on the upcoming Connor Price & Nic D tour here (which I imagine Graham will be a part of in some way, too).
And yo, speaking of Price—I gotta send a happy heavenly birthday shout to Sean Price! The video below comes courtesy of my semi-secret IG account for live rap clips, Live At The Barbeque. And that tweet above, well, it was posted after an interview I did with him for NahRight, and it’s still the best co-sign I ever got. Thank you, P.
Long Live Sean Price.
Peace.

Happy Birthday Sean P!!! His wife Bernadette is dropping a new album too, I really liked her first one.
